Dear On-It Cochrane Commuter Passengers:
Due to reduced ridership on the Cochrane Commuter Bus, On-It must regretfully suspend all our commuter services from Cochrane indefinitely effective October 1, 2020.
As the communities we work and live in adjust to the new normal, On-It will as well. We will continue to evaluate a potential return to service later this fall and thank all of our loyal customers for their support over the past 30 years and moving forward.
All 10/20 packs and annual passes are eligible for a partial refund for any unused months or tickets. Please contact onitsupport@southland.ca to arrange for your refund, if applicable.
It has been an honour to transport you Safely Home, and we cannot wait to have you back on board in the future.
